Your tastings stay with you
The wines you log, your reactions and your notes are stored on your phone and, if you have iCloud on, in your own iCloud. They are never sent to our servers.
What our servers hold
No account, and nothing about who you are. Each install gets an anonymous token, checked with Apple's App Attest, so only the real app can use the wine lookup.
Looking up a wine
When you look up a wine, the name, winery and vintage you typed are sent to our server, which finds the wine in a shared wine catalog and through Wine Labs, a wine data provider. The answer is kept so the next lookup of that wine is instant. Nothing about you goes with it.
Starting over
Settings → Delete my data wipes your tastings from your phone and your iCloud copy, and removes your install's token from our servers.
No tracking
No analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers.
